Shipping:

We ship worldwide.

All orders will be processed for shipping within 3 business day after placing the order. All orders are processed and shipped from either our New York studio or straight from our production in Taiwan. We will ship out orders from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once the order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

Please note: If you did not receive notification please check the spam folders on your email account. Sometimes the notification mail may be marked as spam.

Shipping method:

As default we use Airmail shipping. If you want to use express delivery, please contact us for details personally. Post Service does not provide exact delivery date for current shipping method. Provided delivery time is only approximate and may vary. 

Average delivery time:
7-14 days for EU
7-24 days for US and Canada

Return/Exchange:

Our garments are always made with the highest quality materials, and with close attention to detail. Refunds are not possible because all of our items are made in very limited quantity. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of sale items.

Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached. Soiled, damaged or compromised items will not be accepted. All exchange requests need to be made within 14 days of the original order.
